简介

刘衍朋,南京航空航天大学航空学院,教授,博导,第十五批国家“海外高层次人才引进计划”青年项目,江苏省“双创人才”和南航“长空英才”等计划入选者。于2008年6月本科毕业于山东大学化工系,随后分别赴韩国成均馆大学(SKKU)化工系Cho Sung Min教授研究组攻读硕士和新加坡国立大学化学系Loh Kian Ping教授课题组攻读博士,于2016年2月获得博士学位。目前已在SCI源期刊发表论文35篇,其中以第一作者身份发表在Nature Nanotechnology,Nature Communication ,PNAS, Nano Letter ,Advanced Materials,Advanced Functional Materials ,Small 等期刊。在Nature系列累计发表论文9篇,影响因子大于10的论文30篇。论文共计被SCI他引2100多次;多篇论文成果获得国际期刊专题或亮点报道(Nat. Mater.,13,328,2014; Nature,542,423,20 17; Nat. Photon.,11,407,2017等);被Materials today、Compound Semiconductor、Phys.org等知名科技网站专题报道十余次。授权专利1项。

(1)大尺寸,高质量低维材料的生长及其潜在的工业应用

(2)研究包括低维材料及其异质结在内的量子材料中电子态的新颖性质。

(3)通过低温扫描隧道显微镜(LT-STM)对分子束外延(MBE)生长2D薄膜进行原子尺度研究。
