简介
南京航空航天大学教授,获2016年中国力学学科全国优秀博士学位论文奖,2019年获南京航空航天大学 “长空英才”。长期从事二维范德华材料及其异质结的可控制备,电输运及多场耦合性能研究。以第一作者在Nature Physics (封面文章), Nature Nanotechnology, Nature Communications, Nano Letters 等学术期刊上发表论文11篇,合作发表论文30篇,总引用超1400次。欢迎有志之士加入本课题组!

研究经验
长期从事基于纳智能材料与器件实验研究:
1)在能量转换方面,发现了拽势和波动势两种新的流电耦合效应,揭示了固液界面双电层边界运动生电的新的动电效应机制,实现了多种能量转换、无源传感原型器件;
2)在电子输运方面,揭示了磁场下石墨中电子运动模态从三维运动降至一维螺旋运动,在石墨薄膜中观测到了2.5维版量子霍尔效应;
3)在范德华表界面力学行为方面,揭示了范德华相互作用主导的范德华界面黏附性能、表面摩擦性能以及外延生长动力学行为,实现了具有优异力学性能的三维氮化硼多孔结构的制备。
