The mechanical properties of the material structure exhibit significant three-dimensional constraint effects from macro to micro scale. In order to achieve the applications from standard performance data of laboratory to the mechanical analysis of actual engineering structures, we develop the three-dimensional mechanical theory based on the existing computational methods, further conduct transformation research in engineering applications, develop predictable design technology for durability of structural damage tolerance and engineering analysis software for structural life prediction to achieve a science span in engineering analysis technology from standard performance data of laboratory to actual engineering structure.
